A 64-year-old man in Washington state is under arrest after repeatedly making death threats to Democratic Senator Patty Murray because of health care reform, says the FBI. Among the messages attributed to Charles Alan Wilson: "I hope you realize there's a target on your back now ... Kill the [expletive] senator! I'll donate the lead."

He also allegedly said he'd like to see the president killed. The FBI busted him by serving a warrant on Verizon, then having an agent call Wilson and pose as a member of the anti-reform group Patients United Now, reports the Seattle Times. "The threats here crossed the line and violate the law," said a US attorney.
