Dmitry Medvedev is mod enough to have a vlog, but that didn't stop President Crankypants from slamming a lawmaker who was busily tweeting during a Kremlin meeting yesterday. "There's Nikita Yurievich Belykh sitting there and writing in Twitter right from the State Council session," Medvedev sniped. "Apparently, he's got nothing better to do." Zing.

But of course it didn't end there, reports the Wall Street Journal. Belykh promptly blamed an economic adviser for tattling—on Twitter, of course: "There you go ;(. Dvorkovich leaked my reports to the President. Such are the costs of the information society ;(" To which Medvedev responded (post-meeting): "Yes, those are the costs of the information society. The important thing is that they don't distract from work, right?" Ahem.
