Momma didn't say eat these greens: Alfalfa sprouts have been linked to 94 cases of salmonella poisoning in 16 states. The contaminated sprouts stem from Tiny Greens Organic Farm in Illinois, CDC officials said yesterday. California is the latest state to join the salmonella contamination, although half the cases were in Illinois. No deaths have been reported, reports the AP.
