A sad and unusual story out of Washington state: A 61-year-old man called 911 to say that his wife was having a heart attack and that he was starting CPR. The phone then went silent. When paramedics arrived and broke into the house, they found the husband slumped over his wife. He apparently suffered a fatal heart attack trying to revive her, reports the Seattle Times. His wife, 59, also died. AOL News has more. (More CPR stories.)
