Jane Fonda has a confession to make: Testosterone has fueled her intense septuagenarian libido. "I discovered testosterone about three years ago, which makes a huge difference if you want to remain sexual and your libido has dropped," she tells the Telegraph. "Use testosterone. It comes in a gel, a pill, or a patch." But she admits she had to stop because testosterone treatments were giving her acne.

The Oscar-winning actor and 1960s sex symbol, who says a healthy sex drive kept her looking good, devoted about 50 pages of her new book, Prime Time, to sex advice for older couples. But she hasn't admitted to testosterone until now. Testosterone treatments have sparked controversy in the US, where critics say drug companies profit by turning psychological or relationship issues into medical treatments.
