Virginia Tech assassin Cho Seung-Hui's relatives in Seoul, tracked down by the  London Mirror, report that Cho had been diagnosed as autistic after arriving in the U.S. His grandfather's sister, Kim Yang-Sun, said Cho caused his mother "a lot of problems"  as a child and "never showed any feelings or emotions."

An uncle, Chan Kim, elaborated: "Both his parents knew he had mental problems but they were poor and they couldn't send him to a special hospital." The killer's grandfather wasted little sympathy on him, telling the Mirror : "Son of a bitch. It serves him right he died with his victims." (More Seung-Hui Cho stories.)
