Jacintha Saldanha, the nurse who answered the now-infamous prank call asking about the health of Kate Middleton, was found hanged in her room at the hospital's nearby staff housing, Sky News reports. The contents of a suicide note she left behind still have not been revealed. London police say the autopsy results revealing Saldanha's official cause of death will be released at a Westminster Coroner's Court hearing tomorrow, the AP reports.
