(Newser) – Ukrainian rebels say they've recovered Malaysia Airlines Flight 17's black boxes today, and that they'll hand them over to the International Civil Aviation Organization, reports the AP. "The bodies will go nowhere until experts arrive," said a rebel spokesman; a team of 12 Malaysian experts is reportedly expected. Meanwhile, John Kerry blasted the investigation today, calling it "grotesque" and "seriously compromised." (Read more Malaysia Airlines MH17 stories.)
