First came the closed-door depositions. Then came the public hearings. Now the next phase of the impeachment inquiry is scheduled to begin on Dec. 4, reports Politico. Panel chairman Jerry Nadler sent a letter to the White House Tuesday inviting President Trump or his attorneys to attend. (A new court ruling might affect whether holdouts such as John Bolton will be compelled to testify.)
