Authorities in Nevada are revealing more on what led to Jeremy Renner's snowplow accident. Per a Washoe County Sheriff's Office incident report filed Friday, the 52-year-old actor had used his PistenBully snow machine to pull his adult nephew's car out of the snow on Jan. 1, reports CNN. Renner says in the report that after he'd extracted the car, the snowplow started "sliding sideways" and "began to roll down the hill." Renner then jumped out of the snowplow without the parking brake engaged, and as he tried to "stop or divert" the machine from slamming into his nephew, "he was pulled under the vehicle by the track and run over," per investigators. The sheriff's report adds that "mechanical issues may have been a factor in this accident."
