A healthy sex life -- in the context of a faithful relationship -- helps men to live longer and avoid cardiovascular disease, a new study found.   (Shutterstock)

A healthy and faithful sex life may help men live longer. Italian researchers surveyed 4,000 men and found that those who had an active sex life with a steady partner had fewer heart problems, less depression, increased levels of testosterone, and better metabolism. But be warned: Cheaters negated the benefits because of the need to deal "with the increased stress of their infidelity," say researchers. More at the Telegraph.
