American Renaissance is the publication of the The New Century Foundation, and is described by the Anti-Defamation League as a "white supremacist journal" that "promotes pseudo-scientific studies that attempt to demonstrate the intellectual and cultural superiority of whites," and "the supposed decline of American society because of integrationist social policies." New Century's founder, however, has denied his group was anti-Semitic, and has denied any connection with Loughner. (Read more Gabrielle Giffords shooting stories.)
