Distributors of Hereafter in Japan have pulled the film from theaters, citing the movie's tsunami scene as "inappropriate" at this time.   (Studio still)

Clint Eastwood's latest film, Hereafter, which has scenes of a tsunami destroying a Thai village, has been yanked from theaters in Japan following the nation's catastrophic earthquake.
