Ugly blogosphere rumors about why the brother of kidnapped nursing student Holly Bobo didn't rush to her aid as she was snatched by a man in camouflage is raising suspicions about him. Holly, 20, was apparently kidnapped from the family carport in Tennesee as her brother, Clint, watched from inside the home. He told police later that he thought the man was Holly's boyfriend, an avid hunter who often dresses in camouflage. He called 911 only after he spotted blood in the driveway a short time later. "Clint is not a suspect and I'm sick of people saying that he is. He has been cleared for good reason," tweeted his cousin, country singer Whitney Duncan. "Shut up."

But police say they haven't yet ruled out anyone as a suspect in Bobo's disappearance (though they had previously said Clint and Holly's boyfriend were not suspects). They believe the kidnapper is someone from the region because he apparently knows the terrain, reports ABC News. "The person responsible for Holly's disappearance lives in the area," says a Tennessee Bureau of Investigation director, who asked residents to be on the lookout for any suspicious activity, such as a neighbor excessively washing their all-terrain vehicle. He said investigators are following some 250 leads and have recovered evidence from the scene. Click here for the latest clue in the hunt for Holly. (More Whitney Duncan stories.)
