Drew Peterson's second wife says the ex-cop under suspicion in the disappearance of his current wife threatened to kill her and make it look like an accident, the Chicago Tribune reports. Vicki Connolly says of suspicions that Drew Peterson might have killed his foutth wife, Stacy Peterson, "He has the experience, the knowledge, the means, and the mind to do that."

"That's all I've thought about," says Connolly, who describes a volatile, abusive relationship that was "wonderful" when things were going well, "but when it was bad, it was really bad." She says Peterson displayed increasingly controlling behavior: "We had bugs in our house. He put a microphone in our kitchen and taped our conversations." (More Drew Peterson stories.)
