Aruba authorities continue to uncover inconsistencies in Gary Giordano’s story: Now, a new witness claims Giordano and missing woman Robyn Gardner never actually went snorkeling. While fishing, the witness saw the couple walking along the reef around 4pm without entering the water. He later watched them drive away, and they did not return, ABC News reports. Giordano claims Gardner disappeared while snorkeling, and he asked the kitchen staff at the Rum Reef Bar & Grill to call police at 6:20pm.

Surveillance video shows the two eating at the Rum Reef the day Gardner disappeared, and staff there say she appeared woozy as the pair ate. Video also shows Giordano in his rental car behind the restaurant twice, and investigators say they found blood on a rock behind the dive shop at the Rum Reef. Click for more on the case.
