Samuel and Ronan Peterson are identical twins born 31 minutes apart—but they both have a case for being the older brother. The boys were delivered on Sunday, Nov. 6 in Cape Cod Hospital, with mom Emily Peterson giving birth to Samuel first, at 1:39am, AOL reports. Ronan arrived 31 minutes later, after Daylight Savings Time ended, making his time of birth 1:10am and him officially the older brother.

Dad Seth Peterson, a trooper with the Massachusetts State Police, tells CBS that he "said earlier that night that they were either going to be born on two different days or the time change was going to come into play." (These twins arrived three minutes apart, but in different years.)
