Flynn 'Rejects Request to Speak to Senate Committee'

Michael Flynn didn't get his deal for immunity—so he's apparently not talking to the Senate Intelligence Committee. Sources tell CNN that the former national security adviser, who is a key figure in investigations of alleged Russian election meddling, has rejected a second request to appear before the committee. In May, he became the first person subpoenaed by the committee since its investigation of the 9/11 attacks but he declined to comply, citing his Fifth Amendment rights. Flynn, who was also subpoenaed by the House Intelligence Committee, has already provided both committees hundreds of pages of business records and other documents. (Hillary Clinton has "no doubt" that Trump aides helped Russia.)
