Michael Bloomberg surprised basically no one Sunday in officially announcing a last-minute 2020 bid for the White House. He did so via a one-minute ad that began airing as part of a $34 million blitz set to go through Dec. 3, reports CBS News. Bloomberg's ad says he will seek to "restore faith in the dream that defines us where the wealthy will pay more in taxes and the middle class get their fair share. Everyone without health insurance can get it, and everyone who likes theirs, keep it." (More Michael Bloomberg stories.)
