Bill Cosby is wearing a mask around his neck and a smile on his face in his new mugshot. TMZ reports it was a routine photo update; Cosby was simply due for a new one. The picture was snapped Sept. 4 at the SCI Phoenix state prison in Pennsylvania, where he is serving his 3- to 10-year sentence for sexual assault.
