The group, which had been in negotiations with the German government until meetings broke down, says that if they fail in an Israeli court they will bring the issue to trial in a German or international court. They also stress that the money will be used only for treatment, not as compensation. "It's not just a lawsuit," the director said, "it's the beginning of a movement." (Read more Holocaust stories.)
