Jimmy Kimmel poked fun at Sarah Palin’s latest grammar and geography screw-ups last night, culminating in this brilliant Schoolhouse Rock parody, in which a cartoon Palin valiantly tries and fails to name all 50 states.

Kimmel also got in a choice shot before the video. “Here’s what I don’t understand about Sarah Palin supporters,” he said, “Every time she says something dumb, which is frequently, they say, ‘I like the fact that she’s a regular person and makes mistakes. … Which is fine, but why her? There are lots of people who say dumb things and didn’t go to an Ivy League school. Snooki, for example. Why not get behind Snooki?” Why not indeed. After all, Snooki's already taken up politics.
