Johnson and Johnson today touted a new experimental blood test that they believe could find even a single cancer cell lurking in the bloodstream. The test is easy-to-administer and non-invasive, one executive boasted, and could help doctors discover if a cancer has spread and select treatments for patients. (More cancer stories.)
