Pastor Won't Baptize Unwed Moms' Babies in Church
One pastor is taking a stand against teen pregnancy by refusing to baptize babies of unwed parents in the church.   (?abardwell)

Unwed mother? Don’t take your baby to the Rev. Ralph White for a baptism. The Memphis minister is taking a stand against teen pregnancy by refusing to baptize a child in his church unless his or her parents are married, WMCTV.com reports. "We're teaching, 'Hey, you should protect yourself, your body is a temple,'" the Bloomfield Full Gospel Baptist Church pastor says. "Then there is this guy or young lady who is still sexually active. What message does that send?"

White adds that he will perform a baptism if it’s held elsewhere, just “not in the church setting.” Click for more, including how the reverend feels about dads who don’t step up to the plate. (Hint: It involves the word “infidel”…)
