16th Suspect Arrested in 'News of the World' Phone Hacking Scandal

British police say they've arrested a 16th suspect in their investigation of phone hacking at the now-defunct tabloid News of the World. The 35-year-old man, whose name was not released, was arrested at his home this morning. None of the 16 suspects has yet been charged, and one has been cleared.
