Tom Hanks dropped an F-bomb on Good Morning America today, and he did it as only Tom Hanks could—ie, in the nicest way possible. Hanks was showing off one of the accents he uses in his upcoming film Cloud Atlas, and he must have really been in character because the curse word slipped out. He immediately covered his mouth and apologized, according to the Hollywood Reporter. ABC released a statement noting, "This morning Tom Hanks accidentally used an expletive during a live interview on GMA with Elizabeth Vargas. They both immediately apologized on air, and the show was corrected for all subsequent feeds." (An audience thinks the Dalai Lama dropped an F-bomb of his own.)
