Time has come up with a ranking of the best cities to live in the US, with a population between 50,000 and 300,000, based on taxes, health care, education, jobs, property values, and more. The big winners:

  4. West Des Moines, Iowa
  5. Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ
  6. Highlands Ranch, Colo.
