The Broadway mogul's wife who lambasted her estranged husband in a couple of hugely popular YouTube videos didn't find the court quite so responsive: a Manhattan judge, citing the video, granted Shubert Organization president Philip Smith a divorce on the grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment. A pre-nuptial agreement was ruled valid, giving Tricia Walsh-Smith just $750,000.

The judge blasted the videos, which were viewed more than 3 million times and made headlines around the world. "She has attempted to turn the life of her husband into a soap opera by directing, writing, acting in and producing a melodrama," he said, calling the videos, "a calculated and callous campaign to embarrass and humiliate her husband."
