iPhone App Turns Social Networking Into a Game
Booyah Society is currently free on in Apple's App Store.   (Booyah.com)

An application available today free for Apple’s iPhone gives users points for letting their social networks know about various real-life accomplishments, the Wall Street Journal reports. The app’s Silicon Valley developer currently has nine categories, the San Francisco Chronicle notes, and depends on users to tell the truth. But its CEO says Booyah is working on ways to verify users’ stats, using GPS to ascertain that your trip to Houston was legit.
