Joran van der Sloot, the on-again, off-again top suspect in Natalee Holloway's disappearance, has been named the top suspect in the murder of another young girl in a tropical locale. Van der Sloot was the last person seen with Stephany Tatiana Flores Ramirez, a 21-year-old Peruvian girl who disappeared Friday and was found dead in a Lima hotel today. Police believe van der Sloot has already fled Peru via Chile, and is on his way to Argentina, ABC News reports.
