A bomb hidden under a table at a gambling den in Pakistan's largest city killed at least 15 people and wounded dozens more yesterday. The Karachi gambling club was run by criminals and officials suspect the bomb was planted not by Islamic extremists, but by a rival gang, Reuters reports. The club in Karachi is probably the oldest such establishment in the city and is run by "a shadowy character," a police source tells Dawn. (More Pakistan stories.)
