US Official: Bin Laden Buried at Sea

Looks like Osama bin Laden's body won't be coming to the US. The terror mastermind was "buried at sea" following a raid by US forces on his Pakistan hideout, an American official has told AP. Authorities decided to handle his body according to Islamic traditions, which call for corpses to be buried within 24 hours. Because it would have been difficult to find a nation willing to accept bin Laden's remains, he has already been dropped into the ocean, according to the source. The official refused to divulge any other details, citing national security concerns. (Click for more details on how we took bin Laden down.)
