Barbara Walters has landed in the hospital after taking a fall last night at the British ambassador's residence, reports Politico. The 83-year-old apparently took a tumble on a stair, and hit and cut her head. “Out of an abundance of caution, she went to the hospital to have her cut tended to, have a full examination and remains there for observation. Barbara is alert (and telling everyone what to do), which we all take as a very positive sign,” says an ABC News exec. (More Barbara Walters stories.)
