You Get an Extra Hour of Sleep Tonight
Time to do this again.   (Charlie Riedel)

It's time to reclaim that hour of sleep you lost last spring. Most of the United States is turning back the clock this weekend for the annual shift back to standard time. For many, that means making the switch before hitting the sack tonight, even though the change doesn't become official until 2am local time. Residents of Hawaii, most of Arizona, and some US territories don't have to change; daylight saving time is not observed in those places. Daylight saving time returns on March 8, 2015.
