Guy 'Pranks' Wendy's Drive-Thru With 3-Foot Gator
Joshua James, 23.   (Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office)

Wendy's does not accept alligators for payment, FYI. That's something 23-year-old Joshua James learned Monday when he was arrested for allegedly throwing a three-and-a-half-foot gator into a drive-thru window in Loxahatchee, Fla. Police say James found the gator on the side of a road and threw it into a Wendy's drive-thru window in October after an employee handed him a drink, per NBC News.

James' mom tells WPTV that her son knew a restaurant employee and the incident was "just a stupid prank." He's charged with aggravated assault with a deadly, er, weapon, petit theft, and unlawful possession of an alligator. The reptile was later released into a canal. (This leopard walked into a school.)
