Some Democrats have adopted a cautious tone when discussing the possible impeachment of President Trump. And then there's Michigan Rep. Rashida Tlaib. The new congresswoman called for Trump's impeachment in a Detroit Free Press op-ed Thursday, and did so again using very different language that night, ABC News reports. At an event for MoveOn.org, she told the crowd her son said to her: "Look, mama, you won. Bullies don't win." She said she replied: "Baby, they don't. Because we're gonna go in there and impeach the motherf---er." Video from the event shows the crowd cheering wildly at the remark.

New House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, however, is in no rush to impeach. "We have to wait and see what happens with the Mueller report," she told the Today show Thursday morning. "We shouldn't be impeaching for a political reason, and we shouldn't avoid impeachment for a political reason. So we'll just have to see how it comes." She has urged other Democrats to avoid talk of impeachment until after the Mueller report, though it was advice Rep. Brad Sherman ignored Thursday, the Hill reports. The California Democrat reintroduced the articles of impeachment that he first filed in July 2017. (Tlaib was sworn in Thursday using Thomas Jefferson's personal Koran.)
