(Newser) – Who to blame for America's longest-ever government shutdown? Two polls posed that question and got pretty similar answers. A Washington Post-ABC News poll finds that 53% mostly blame President Trump and congressional Republicans, USA Today reports; 29% point the finger at Democrats, while another 13% say both sides are equally at fault. A new CNN poll finds 55% blaming Trump, 32% the Democrats, and 9% both sides, per CNN. The latter poll says support for the wall is up among Republicans, with 81% favoring it, while 89% of Democrats are against; overall, 56% are against the wall and 39% in favor. CNN says Trump's disapproval rating is up five points. (See what Trump calls "the most insulting" thing he's ever been asked.)
