A disturbing Snapchat video showing a toddler vaping has led to the arrest of two teens. Per WPXI, authorities say a 17-year-old babysitter and an 18-year-old woman who was with her were watching a 2-year-old boy at a home in St. Clair Township, Pa., on Jan. 9 when one or both of them decided to record some of the evening. What investigators say got caught in the footage, which was uploaded to social media: a scene depicting the little boy finding a vaping device on a nightstand and using it, all under the teens' supervision. WTAE got its hands on the video, which seems to show the boy breathing in from the device and coughing; female voices laughing can be heard in the background. Police say they believe the device contained 3% nicotine, but no THC.

Police say the toddler's parents didn't know what had happened until cops told them. "I'm disgusted. I'm very upset," the little boy's mom tells WPXI. I'm not trusting anybody anymore to babysit my child. I'm done." The mom of the 17-year-old, meanwhile, tells WTAE that the incident was "blown way out of proportion" and that her daughter is now receiving death threats and will be pulled out of school due to the resulting harassment. Charges of endangering the welfare of a child are pending against the two teens. Cops say the toddler apparently didn't suffer any other ill effects from the vaping, per ABC News.
