Promoting her newly published tell-all on the Rachel Maddow Show on Thursday night, Mary Trump said that "oh yeah, of course" she's heard her uncle, President Trump, use racist and anti-Semitic slurs, including the n-word. "And I don't think that should surprise anybody given how virulently racist he is today," Trump's niece continued. She said that growing up among the older generations of her family, such language was seen as "perfectly commonplace" and "perfectly normal." "Growing up, it was sort of normal to hear them use the n-word or use anti-Semitic expressions," she said. Trump has previously been accused of using the n-word by former White House aide Omarosa Manigault Newman, who is Black. (More Mary Trump stories.)
