Britney Spears bares all in a documentary set to air Nov. 30 on MTV, Entertainment Weekly reports. Fans will be interested to know that she ate cheese grits—cooked by her father—before the Video Music Awards, and that she envies Jessica Alba’s relative anonymity. “Do I know my life is weird?” the star asks her interlocutor. “It’s all I’ve ever known.”

Spears, 26, dishes on everything, from Justin to Kevin to her very public meltdown in 2007. She says she first eagerly embraced fame, only to regret it. “I wanted to just stop. I wanted to create a new life,” she says. That remove has shaped her to the present day. “I used to be a cool chick,” she says, “but I’m not anymore.” (More Britney Spears stories.)
