Prosecution of Conrad Murray will rest on 'theory of gross negligence'

California prosecutors will charge Conrad Murray with involuntary manslaughter for his role in the death of Michael Jackson. Prosecutors plan to argue that Murray was grossly negligent in prescribing a sleep aid to the pop singer. An indictment will be sought after the LAPD completes the formality of presenting the case to the district attorney, the AP reports.
