Royal Wedding News: Syrian Ambassador Disinvited, Kate Middleton's Vows Possibly Leaked, New Photo and 'Official Programme' Released
This is one of two official portrait photographs taken on Nov. 25, 2010 in the Cornwall Room in St James's Palace, London and released by Clarence House Press Office on Sunday Dec. 12, 2010.   (AP Photo/Clarence House Press Office/Copyright 2010 Mario Testino, ho)

The big day is nearly upon us, so it's even easier to get your fix of news about tomorrow's royal wedding. Highlights:

  • Some people were a bit miffed to learn that Syrian ambassador Dr. Sami Khiyami was on the guest list, considering how many pro-democracy demonstrators have recently been killed in his country. In light of that fact, Buckingham Palace and the Foreign Office have now determined that his presence "would be unacceptable and that he should not attend," the Telegraph reports.

  • Have Kate's wedding vows been leaked? The Daily Mail spotted a paper in the back seat of her car, mostly obscured, but with words including "With so much love within" visible. See the note here, or check out the poem Australia's News Network thinks might match it.
  • If that's not enough detail for you, Celebitchy has the latest portrait of the couple taken by Mario Testino, who also shot their engagement photos, and the Mail has the entire "Official Programme."
