Lawyers for pharmaceutical magnate Jonah Shacknai are threatening to sue the lawyer of the family of the late Rebecca Nalepa if he keeps insinuating that Shacknai influenced the investigation into her bizarre death, reports ABC News. "What is most concerning are recent false public statements you have made that Mr. Shacknai, because of his business success, has somehow improperly influenced the investigations," said the warning letter.

Nalepa's family has said they do not believe the official report that labeled Rebecca's death a suicide. She was found hanged, naked, with her hands and feet bound. “I haven’t said anything about his wealth nor have I said anything that could be considered false or defamatory," responded the family's attorney. "We are simply seeking the truth and justice.” Click to read about some of the case's more troubling details. (More Jonah Shacknai stories.)
