The body of a woman found naked, bound, and hanged in a San Diego mansion earlier this year has been exhumed for a second autopsy at her family's request. Rebecca Nalepa's death was ruled a suicide, but her family has rejected that finding, pointing to details of the case they say don't add up. The autopsy will be performed today by Cyril Wecht, the forensic pathologist who carried out second autopsies on Laci Peterson and Anna Nicole Smith's son, the New York Daily News reports.

Nalepa was found dead two days after the 6-year-old son of her boyfriend, Medicis Pharmaceutical CEO Jonah Shacknai, suffered a fatal accident while under her care. Last month, California's attorney general rejected Shacknai's request to have the investigation reviewed. The results of the second autopsy will be announced on the Dr. Phil show next month, a move Cathy Scott at Forbes labels a "gruesome ratings stunt." (More Rebecca Zahau stories.)
