Restaurateur: $100K Reward for Body of Stacy Peterson

"We think somebody knows something but they were afraid to come forward, and $100,000, quite frankly, makes people get a little bit more brave," Jeff Ruby says.

As for Illinois police, they "couldn’t find fish in Lake Michigan," he says. “They ain’t even looking for her."
