Yet another accuser has stepped forward alleging former Elmo puppeteer Kevin Clash had sex with him when the accuser was underage. John Doe, accuser No. 3, says he was 16 in 2000 when he met Clash on a gay chat line and ended up at the older man's apartment engaging in "some sexual activity." Doe is now filing a lawsuit, and is represented by the same attorney who represents accuser No. 2, Cecil Singleton. He's also writing a book about the experience, the New York Daily News reports.

TMZ has details from the new lawsuit, which claims Clash gave Doe alcohol and that the sexual activity involved "oral sex and digital penetration of John's anus." It also claims that Clash's apartment was full of Elmo memorabilia, including dolls, and suggests that the two had sexual contact again after Doe was an adult. In the wake of the growing sex scandal, some are starting to question how Sesame Workshop handled it, sources close to the situation tell Fox News. "When working around children, my feeling would be to always exercise on the side of caution and protect the children first and foremost," says one source. (More Elmo stories.)
