In a bizarre lawsuit, a Louisiana man claims a vengeful ex-girlfriend duped a sperm bank into handing over his specimens, which she then turned into a bouncing baby boy. Louisiana's Layne Hardin is suing the fertility clinic over an "utter lack of safeguards and protections," along with his ex, reports ABC News. Hardin has never met the now 2-year-old boy, but his lawyer fears he will be asked to pay child support.

"The sperm bank let someone walk in off the street and take two vials of sperm in a paper lunch sack," says the attorney. "They never checked. That's what's frightening." (More sperm bank stories.)
