Dad Arrested After Toddler Accidentally Shoots Herself

A 19-year-old North Carolina man is accused of leaving a loaded semiautomatic pistol under a couch, where his daughter found it Saturday; the 2-year-old shot and killed herself. Melvin Andre Clark Jr. was charged with involuntary manslaughter and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, WRAL reports.
