Beech-Nut Recalls Nearly a Ton of Baby Food

Beech-Nut is recalling more than 1,900 pounds of baby food because a customer found a piece of glass in a jar, reports ABC News. The company reports one "oral injury," but no details are provided on that by the USDA. The particulars of the recall: It involves 4-ounce jars of “Stage 2 Beech-Nut Classics sweet potato & chicken” made on Dec. 12, 2014. The jars have the establishment number P-68A inside the USDA mark of inspection and product numbers 12395750815 through 12395750821. More info at the company website.
