The killer of Cecil the lion is in business again—sort of. The office of dentist Walter Palmer, who admitted to taking Cecil's life in Zimbabwe last month, reopened today in Bloomington, Minn., but without Palmer on the premises, NBC News reports. River Bluff Dental posted a tweet saying "employees and dentists are beginning to serve our loyal patients," and added a note asking reporters to stay away "and respect the peace of mind of our patients and clients." Indeed, an AP reporter who approached a security guard outside the building was told to leave. Meanwhile, the Telegraph has posted an apparent candid image of Palmer and notes these recent tweets from the clinic:

  • "The practice is still closed even though people care less and less about #CecilTheLion day after day. Fickle people."—August 13, 2015
  • "A smile takes but a moment, but the memories of it last forever. Happy #WorldLionDay!"—August 10, 2015
  • "Don’t understand why people are so angry. What’s done is done. The practice WILL be open again! Promise!!!"—August 5, 2015
